Refund Policy
At Glossy IT, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality services. We understand that there may be instances where a customer may request a refund, and we have established the following refund policy to address such situations.
Web Hosting, Domain Registration, SSL, VPS, Web Design, Web Development, Apps Development and Software Development Services:
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@glossyit.com and provide your account details, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant details that will assist us in processing your request. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
After the first 30 days, we do not offer refunds for any of our services. However, you can cancel your service at any time.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for domain registration or SSL certificate fees, as these services are non-refundable.
We may also provide a pro-rata refund if a customer cancellation happens during a month and if the client has paid for more than the service been used
If a client wishes to cancel any service and receive a refund, it should be done within the first 30 days of the service been activated.
